Waiting for heaven tear drops like shooting stars...
"One wish."
To feel your warm heart like sunkiss,
to throw you a sweet kiss and not miss.
Its no secret your voice is the melody to my ear,
so distant yet so near.
Your touch so friendly, like a musical instrument,
you've mastered the strings to my heart.
My mind like the particles of dust in the hot summer wind of late may.
You, the element that keeps me from falling apart;listen
to the worth of the words I say.
I respect what is and what cannot be
for its not his fault you can't be with me..
I understand...
But I must say, time has betrayed me in many ways
adding much sadness to most of my days.
I was late...
I plea you keep my friendship strong and alive like the beat to your heart.
For it be tragic you destroy God's work of art...

The Reapers Boulevard
- Daniel H. Schluckebier
- Is the journey alone in the long and busy lanes of life whereby everyone keeps loosing everything. Even those who gain, eventually loose everything in the end. Except the right decision that grants them eternal life(Giving their life to God)...

That was sweet. Remember dude, God's art work isn't done yet and it does include you!
That was the best I have ever read. Honestly. No words to describe. I wonder who you speak to. I'll tell you one thing though, 'better late then never'.
Plenty students and aspiring poets in Belize. Every time someone asks me about poetry, I recommend Reaper's Boulevard. Nice work.
I wonder if you can aspire to be a poet? I think you just are....refining your being as a poet is another issue
